The system uses the redox performance of basic composite iron catalyst to absorb H2S in acid gas. H2S is directly oxidized by complex iron to form elemental sulfur, and complex iron is converted into complex ferrous, which is pumped into the air through the regenerative sedimentation tank. The complex ferrous iron in the oxygen oxidation basic absorption tower in the air is converted into complex iron for recycling. At the same time, sulfur deposition is separated into regeneration sedimentation tank to form sulfur slurry, which is sent to filter for dehydration to form sulfur cake. The feature of iron method is that the complex catalyst has high sulfur capacity, which is not only suitable for the treatment of raw gas with high sulfur content, but also has a small volume of circulating liquid, the size of small equipment, and can directly generate elemental sulfur with secondary pollution.
